If you are experiencing a CRITICAL or EMERGENCY operational situation outside normal business hours, please ring our Operations Centre on (02) 9281 3905.

This number is for emergency operational outages only.

Do not use this number for service assistance or product enquiries. If used for anything other than an emergency, a charge of $250/hour (ex GST, min one hour) will apply. No charge applies to reporting of genuine outages.
